Shipping: All orders are created and packaged by one mama (Katie), we are a small business and work to ship everything within a week. Sometimes this may be up to two weeks or if an item is a preorder it may take a little longer and you will be sure to know how long in the items description. Everything is shipped USPS First Class based on weight and tracking is provided.

Disclaimer: Fierce Instinct  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare occurance that something happens with your package please contact your local Post Office. Once your package is received by USPS it is out of our control, this includes: damages, delayed scanning, delay in movement or if it goes missing. If you have any concerns contact the Post Office in these rare cases. 

International Shipping: We do offer international shipping and cost is based on the current rate. If an fees occur when the package is delivered such as custom fees the customer is responsible for those. International shipping can also take longer so be prepared for your package to take up to 3-5 weeks to be delivered after it is shipped.

Exchanges/Returns: If for some reason there is a problem with your order such as the sizing we do offer exchanges. Please email us so we can help you through the exchange process. We do not accept returns, we can give a store credit of exchange your item. For exchanges any items must be unused, not washed or damaged in any way. The item must be shipped back within 14 days.
